🎧 1. Digital Products – No Refunds

All music albums and products sold and delivered digitally via Shinnobu.com are considered final and non-refundable due to their intangible nature. This includes:

Album downloads in MP3 or WAV format
Digital bundles or offers
Any downloadable content sold through our website

Once the download link has been issued, the transaction is non-reversible, and no refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted.

📀 2. Physical Products – Shipped via Kunaki

Physical CDs and albums are not sold or shipped directly from Shinnobu.com.
These are manufactured, fulfilled, and shipped via our partner Kunaki.com.

All questions related to:

Shipping status
Delivery tracking
Physical returns or damaged products
must be handled directly through Kunaki and are subject to their own refund and shipping policies.

⚠️ 3. Duplicate Orders or Technical Errors

You may request a refund for a digital product only in cases where:

You were charged more than once for the same product
You did not receive the download link and our support team cannot resolve it
You purchased a duplicate product and have not downloaded it yet

In these cases, please contact us within 7 calendar days of your order.
